Vision and Mission
Vision:
"It’s your attempts NOT to feel a particular emotion that are the cause of dis-ease"-Gabor Maté
I feel the calling to support individuals and small groups to face all the different parts within themselves; not only the parts that make us feel proud, but also the ones we’d rather hide. Know that it didn’t start with you, most trauma is downloaded from one generation to the next.
“The gods visit the sins of the father upon the children”-Euripides
We developed useful defense mechanisms to cope with difficult situations. These coping strategies have kept us safe for so long, that’s why they deserve our attention and compassion. But they no longer serve us now and we don’t want to pass them on to our children.
I support clients to return to the love for their true nature. If we reconnect with ourselves, than we can shine our beams of light -that we innately are- onto our loved ones. And they in turn, can spread it even further. In this way we can make the world a lighter place. This is what Renessence strives for.
Mission:
Let’s make a U-turn inward! If we check in with our shadow sides and we:
Recognize,
Allow and hold space,
Explore,
And Nurture,
then we can update them and give them a more suitable function. In this way, we come closer and closer to our true nature, which is pure light! This is what Renessence stands for.
Furthermore, my name Renee is also embedded in the word, which is derived from Renaissance, meaning rebirth.
