Discover Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Have you ever felt that different sides of yourself are active at the same time?
That one part wants to push you forward, while another part holds you back? Welcome to Internal Family Systems (IFS) – a method developed by Richard Schwartz that views the mind as multiple.
IFS helps you get to know those different parts of yourself more deeply.
You and your inner parts
In IFS we distinguish three main groups:
✨ Self – your core. This is the place of calm, clarity, compassion, and wisdom. It’s who you truly are, beyond roles and protective strategies.
🛡️ Protectors – parts that try to shield you from pain or discomfort. Sometimes by keeping you busy, being critical, or by avoiding situations altogether.
💔 Exiles – the vulnerable parts that often carry pain, shame, or loneliness. They are usually pushed away, but long to be seen and healed.
The healing power of Self
What makes IFS so unique is that you don’t have to fight against your parts.
When you are present from your Self, space and compassion naturally arise. Protectors can relax, and the exiles finally get the chance to be lovingly seen (and eventually unburdened).
It is precisely there, in that connection, where healing happens.
What does a session look like?
A session lasts about 60 minutes and can take place either via Zoom or in person in Den Bosch.
During our time together, I’ll gently guide you step by step to explore your inner world – at your pace, and in a safe, supportive setting.
Special introductory offer
Since I recently completed the one-year IFS training at Jeanne Estourgie, I am offering a limited-time introductory package of 3 sessions for €200. A beautiful opportunity to experience IFS and truly feel what it can bring to you.
